Burbank Town Center was looking to generate awareness and drive traffic to the grand opening of their newest tenant, Simple Salon, on May 8, 2019, from 6-9PM. Starting 6 days prior to the event, the grand opening was promoted via signage on property, website, email blast, Facebook & Instagram. Messaging encouraged recipients to RSVP for the Simple Salon Grand Opening event by sending a direct message on Instagram to @thesimplesalon. While Burbank Town Center was seeing some engagement, they were still looking to increase the number of RSVPs.
